How long does it take before my item will ship?
All items are made to order in an effort to reduce waste. Most items take 2-7 Business Days to Process although it may be slightly longer during peak periods like holidays. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email along with your tracking number(s). 

I ordered multiple items but only received one so far. Where's the rest of my stuff?
If you ordered multiple items they may arrive separately and you will have multiple tracking numbers.

How do I know what size to get?
All of our garments have a size chart included in the listing so you can determine your best fit. We recommend measuring a shirt that you like the fit of to find a similar size in our shirts. Unless otherwise specified, all shirts are unisex, which is men's sizing. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

Why does My Shirt Smell Weird?
If you ordered one of our tees or sweatshirts it might smell a little like vinegar.This is the DTG ink reacting with the tee fabric, so sometimes a strong odor is present when you remove the tee from its packaging. Don't worry! The smell goes away completely after the first wash.

Do you Accept Returns or Exchanges?
As mentioned above, all of our items are printed on demand and we do not hold any inventory to minimize waste and keep unwanted garments out of the landfill. Due to this business model, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you feel that there is a defect in your item, we will always replace it to for you at no cost. Email us at wearecrimsonclover@gmail.com and attach photos if you believe there is an issue with print quality. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced. You will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim. 
Cancellations or Changes
Once an item has been ordered it goes into production with my print provider and cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need help right away with changing your address email us at wearecrimsonclover@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.
