Shipping policy

US CUSTOMERS

Most packages will arrive to the USA within 7 days once shipped. However delays may occur and in some cases your package can take up to 10 days to arrive.

Europe and Canada it USUALLY takes 7-21 days. Due to covid related shipping restrictions we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines for international orders. 

Some delays may occur to all destinations.
Please note- transit times stated here are estimated. I cannot be held accountable for postal delays.

Asia/South&Central America shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Please do not assume your package is lost.If you must have your item within a certain date contact me and we can discuss express shipping options.

ADDRESS CHANGES
We cannot make any cancellations or address changes for any orders after your order has reached production. This is due to the nature of creating customized products that are created by our vendors once it has reached this step in the process. Our vendors typically begin production of your item within 24 hours of your order being submitted and we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will see our request to cancel or change the address. 

Lost in Transit
Packages are considered lost in transit when the products in the order do not arrive at the shipping address provided within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes. A package is considered lost in transit if the shipping timeframe exceeds the maximum shipping/transit timeframe. We will replace any packages that are lost in transit unless the original shipping address is incorrect. 

Reshipping Due to Address Errors
If your package has to be reshipped due to an incorrect or expired address being used, you will need to pay for reshipping.
