Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
- All of the items in our store are made to order. In accordance with this process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we will be happy to replace it for you at no cost provide that you are able to send photos of your issue within 7 days of receiving your package (as confirmed through tracking number).
- Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wearecrimsonclover@gmail.com
