Shipping & Delivery

• In an effort to reduce waste everything in our store is made to order. Clothing and other items produced in the US typically have processing times of 2-7 days before they are shipped out. The day you place your order is day 0, the next business day would be day 1. 
• Some of our items such as slides and dresses are sewn and shipped using our international print providers and can have processing times of 5-7 days. 
• You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your item has been shipped. Overseas shipping notification will start within 3-5 days of your item being shipped. 
• Please note we are NOT responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
• We are not responsible for replacing items due to theft if a package is marked delivered and you did not select package protection.
• This estimated times given above are regarded under normal conditions, when it is the peak of demand during holidays, festivals, etc it will be slower than normal.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Any items that are returned to us will incur a re-shipping fee if they are due to customer error.
